In all cases—design, build, and/or operate—Novapath employs data-driven, proprietary technology to optimize assets and networks, while removing both operating and capital expenses, ultimately driving cash back to the company and presenting an improved balance sheet to the portfolio.

Our Approach

Novapath's bespoke process allows our team to intimately understand all aspects of the portfolio businesses logistics and supply chain spend, via a series of interconnected diagnostics. We work with the PE firm's Operating Partner to engage with the CFO/COO at the portfolio business. The spend diagnostics yield a series of proofs-of-concept, one or more of which Novapath will operate within the portfolio company.
